As with many great stories, the creation of Org Whisperers began through the lens of a child and a deep desire to see change in his world. Our Founder & CEO, Ravi Verma, grew up in Calcutta and remembers the excitement of waiting for his dad to get home from work each day so they could play together. His dad wanted to play, but many times he felt beaten down and drained of all of his energy.
Even though Raviโs dad was a smart, passionate, hard-working man, the auto manufacturing plant he worked for did not understand how to use his potential. That left him feeling discouraged and unfulfilled, which spilled over into the quality of his home life. As a child, Ravi vowed that he would not let this happen to anyone elseโs mom or dad when he grew up.
Raviโs newfound purpose carried into his adult life as his career in software engineering rapidly advanced into management, where he learned techniques to encourage, develop, and utilize the capabilities of his teams. He found that many organizations struggle to harness the potential of their people, especially in the face of change, stress, and conflict. They unintentionally stifle creativity and shut down unique perspectives.

Ravi Verma is a Public Speaker, Agile Coach, Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer, Evidence-Based Management Consultant, and Blogger passionate about helping teams recapture the magic of making IT. As the Founder and CEO at Org Whisperer, Ravi blends ideas from the world of Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Development to develop strong teams and inspiring leaders at all levels of an organization. He recently co-founded his second startup - Al Dente, a platform that helps Agile coaches and organizations empirically improve business outcomes with Agile delivery frameworks like Scrum.
Ravi has around 25 years of Software Delivery and Consulting Experience, including Agile Enablement for companies ranging from 10 people to 10,000 people. He is able to earn the trust and respect of C-Level executives and help them understand how the application of Agile Principles, Values, and Practices can become a powerful means to achieving sustainable competitive advantage.
Ravi is a creative thought leader who created the Sabotagile Manifesto and Sabotagile Principles and co-created the Software Code of Ethics. As an active member of the Agile Community, he co-founded the Agile-DevOps Meetup and co-created the Scrum.org Scrum Pulse Webinar Series & Scrum Tapas Video Series.
Ravi is a compelling communicator who uses the power of storytelling to make people lean in and learn the what, why, and how of Agility. You can get a sense of Raviโs storytelling approach by watching the video resources he has recorded and reading his Agile blogs.
He is a certified trainer for Sharon Bowmanโs โTraining From The Back of the Roomโ courses and integrates brain-friendly learning into his training. Ravi is also a Certified ROI Professional from the ROI Institute and integrates ROI-based learning techniques into his training, coaching, and consulting. He is committed to becoming a better coach and has completed 104 hours of rigorous training on Co-Active Coaching from the Co-Active Institute, a 6-month coaching program, and passed a demanding exam to become a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach.
As a grateful immigrant to the USA, Ravi felt a strong urge to give back to the country that adopted him and co-founded a non-profit โ Agile For Patriots, that provides free Agile training, certification, experience, mentoring, and coaching to US Military Veterans and Spouses. As of Fall 2023, 70+ candidates have graduated through the program, and 9 cohorts have been completed, with a 10th cohort starting in Spring 2024.
Ravi has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from R.V.C.E., Bangalore, and a Masters in Entrepreneurship from SMU, Dallas. Ravi received a Certificate in Organizational Development from DePaul University and Linkage Inc. and is an MBTI Certified Practitioner, with a Certificate in Advanced Conflict Resolution from Kilmann Diagnostics. He has also been trained in facilitating workshops for leading organizational change based on the book โLeading Bold Changeโ by Dr. John Kotter workshops.
He lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in Texas, and his favorite ways to recharge are passing time with his family, going for long walks in his neighborhood, and watching NBA, Golf, and crime dramas all on mute with close captioning.

Janie Purvis joined Org Whisperers in August of 2019. In her role, she manages all business operations for the organization, including team engagement, social responsibility, storytelling, strategic partnerships, and legal. She is a military spouse and serves as an officer on the board of directors for Agile for Patriots, a nonprofit for military veterans and spouses cofounded by Org Whisperers CEO, Ravi Verma.
Prior to joining Org Whisperers, Janie worked as Director of Communications and Community Relations for a nonprofit in Dallas. She also has a telecom background working in sales, marketing, and engineering. She graduated with honors from John Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and received her Masterโs degree in Marketing and Communication in 2012 from Franklin University.
With over 19 years of experience in the technology industry, Nikhil Walvekar has a proven track record of driving innovation and leading high-performance engineering teams across various domains and projects.
His core competencies include Angular/React web development, Java/Node, AWS, GCP, NestJS, and DB, which he has leveraged to create cutting-edge technology solutions that drive business growth and enhance user experiences. Nikhil is passionate about exploring and adopting emerging technologies, such as NFTs, blockchain, and AI, to stay at the forefront of the industry and create ethical and sustainable value for software professionals and employers. He excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning technology strategies with business goals, and delivering successful outcomes in dynamic environments.
Monika is a Relationship Systems coach, where the client is the relationship between people and not individuals. She is trained in @ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) methodology from CRR Global USA. Her work benefits her clients by creating a safe working environment so that people of diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and ideas can come together to operate in complex environments.
She works as a team coach and change consultant. She engages teams to learn through small reiterative steps with frequent coaching session intervals where teams bring their real-world problems and learn to solve them together. Using @ORSC methodology, Monica starts the journey with the team by educating them about behavior patterns that may be present in the teams and can be dysfunctional. By understanding what serves that team and what does not, she helps the team progress in finding safety and communicating with respect. When they feel safe, teams are ready to share their ideas, problems, and beliefs. They become intentional and conscious in their relationship, which helps them to achieve their goals and solve problems quickly.
Monika has worked as HRBP and Total Rewards Specialist in several organizations, including Genpact/GE, American Express, and TNT (now FedEx). She also worked with the HR team, leading them in designing products and solutions using Agile Methodology. She is trained and certified in Design Thinking and Scrum (PSM I).

As an experienced marketing leader, Jennifer Miller has managed and built both sales and marketing teams from the ground up. Jennifer believes that at the core of all organizations and processes, people are what drive change and growth in a company. Her passion for supporting companies to build scalable processes has impacted many organizations over the years, one of which received the honor of the #1 Fastest-Growing Technology company in Austin and #86 on the 2019 Inc 5000 list.
She served as an award-winning President of the Austin American Marketing Association Board (a national organization focused on connecting and developing marketers) during the 2020-2021 Board Year and continues to be a part of the organization.
She has created different demand generation methods that have had proven success at organizations and leverages her HubSpot partnership and Process Consulting Certification while working with those she serves.
Jennifer believes that every problem is โfiguroutableโ and she strives to help bring simplicity to complex situations.

Dr. Charles Suscheck specializes in agile software development methodologies and project management. He is one of the few people in the world certified to teach the entire scrum.org curriculum. He has over 25 years of professional experience in information technology, beginning his career as a software developer. Dr. Suscheck holds a Doctorate, Masters, and Bachelors in Computer Science and is a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I and II), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I and II), Scaled Agile Framework Process Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) and certified RUP specialist. An educator at heart, he has over 30 published articles, has taught nearly 1000 students software development, and is a highly respected conference speaker.

Hiren R. Doshi, Author, Scrum.org professional Scrum trainer, and coach, is a Scrum enthusiast and an agent for organizational change. He has a distinguished 22-year career in leading the full life cycle of software development.
He has facilitated over 50 2-day Scrum.org workshops on PSF, PSM, PSPO, and SPS and trained over 1200 participants.

Magdalena Firlit is a Scrum and Agile Coach, consultant, trainer, mentor, and life and business coach (graduated Coach according to postgraduate university course ICF). She obtained accreditation from Scrum.org and can provide certified training to Professional Scrum Masters and Professional Scrum Foundations.
She has had over 17 years of professional experience. Currently, Magdalena is focused on Agile transformations of both organizations and teams. She cooperates with different-sized companies and with all levels of organization. She provides training and workshops related to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and soft skills. She is present as a speaker at conferences, meetups communities of practice and leads workshops and trainings.
