Our Story: Why we do what we do.

As with many great stories, the creation of Org Whisperers began through the lens of a child and a deep desire to see change in his world. Our Founder & CEO, Ravi Verma, grew up in Calcutta and remembers the excitement of waiting for his dad to get home from work each day so they could play together. His dad wanted to play, but many times he felt beaten down and drained of all of his energy.

Even though Ravi’s dad was a smart, passionate, hard-working man, the auto manufacturing plant he worked for did not understand how to use his potential. That left him feeling discouraged and unfulfilled, which spilled over into the quality of his home life. As a child, Ravi vowed that he would not let this happen to anyone else’s mom or dad when he grew up.

Ravi’s newfound purpose carried into his adult life as his career in software engineering rapidly advanced into management, where he learned techniques to encourage, develop, and utilize the capabilities of his teams. He found that many organizations struggle to harness the potential of their people, especially in the face of change, stress, and conflict. They unintentionally stifle creativity and shut down unique perspectives.

An Org Whisperer is someone who has learned to communicate with executives, stakeholders, and teams on a deeper level, observing and listening carefully to the thoughts, experiences, and challenges of organizations. We work with our clients to co-create a customized roadmap that specifically meets their needs. To achieve success, we expect and demand the best from ourselves and our clients, and we will not take on a client if there is no support at the executive level.

Gaining trust and partnership with the executive team first, Org Whisperers uses various techniques and interactions at all levels of the organization to bring about a wave of transformation needed for success.

The ocean wave representing our brand is two-fold.

It's representative of what makes us unique in what we do. The ocean is a very peaceful, harmonious encounter that washes away conflict and pain and encourages self-reflection and improvement. We implement proven techniques that foster this experience as a large part of our client engagement.

Alternatively, it can be extremely challenging to harness the power of the ocean. Learning to navigate uncharted waters and rough seas takes time before you master it; each time, you learn from your mistakes. It isn't easy, but once you do, the success is exhilarating!

Ravi Verma is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, an ORSC Trained Systems Coach and a Certified ROI Professional .
He is the founder and CEO of The Org Whisperers – a Training, Coaching and Consulting firm for Tech Transformation, and Al Dente – a firm that simplifies the path to ROI Based transformation. He has Bachelors degree in Software Engineering and a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship.

She has had over 17 years of professional experience. Currently, Magdalena is focused on Agile transformations of both organizations and teams. She cooperates with different-sized companies and with all levels of organization. She provides training and workshops related to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and soft skills. She is present as a speaker at conferences, meetups communities of practice and leads workshops and trainings.

Ravi's professional experience as a product consultant and coach is both extensive and impressive. He has created various types of products, including customer-facing, customer-enabling, and Platform Products, for a diverse range of clients, including the UK Government, healthcare organizations, banks, and parcel delivery companies. Additionally, Ravi has held various roles throughout his career, such as a Java developer, Software Architect, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, and Platform Manager. His broad expertise in product development and management has given him a unique perspective on how to support students in their learning.

As an experienced trainer, Ravi is passionate about actively engaging students through experiential training, sharing real-world examples, and his practical experiences. His dedication to student learning is evident in the way he collaborates with people across global organizations in product creation using Scrum from discovery to delivery. 

Ravi is also a Co-Active Trained Coach and currently pursuing a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

He is a 2-time marathon runner, and also actively works with chess communities, and serves as the Manager of Arbiters with the English Chess Federation.
