How satisfied are you with the way your product teams communicate with powerful stakeholders? What do you wish you saw and heard more especially when teams are advocating for hard decisions that might be difficult for stakeholders to support?

In this video, I share how a frequent conversation with my middle-schooler helped me get better at communicating with powerful stakeholders in terms of what matters to them.
